Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Hygiene & Wear
For hygiene reasons, items showing any signs of wear, use, washing, odors, stains, or damage will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
