All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada.
International shipping may be offered in the future and will be subject to additional terms.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using Canada Post or UPS, depending on destination, package size, and service availability.

Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure reliable and timely delivery.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Gretta is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Gretta is not responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages resulting from incorrect address details.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Gretta is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers must contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.
We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.
